APBA Mentor-Mentee Program

APBA Mentor-Mentee Program is a new initiative for Full Paid Members to add Value addition.

This envisages an engagement for 1-3 months & could be within the country or Overseas

1. Consultants with over 15 years of experience can volunteer to be a Mentor.
2. Nurses/PTs/OTs with over 15 years of experience can also offer to be Mentors.
3. All Mentors will have their profile posted on the website.
4. Mentorship involves guiding youngsters in career development, case discussions, and publications.
5. Time engagement is as per the convenience of the Mentor.
6. Mentors have the right to choose their mentee after the application is forwarded from the APBA office.
7. Mentors have the right to choose the number of Mentees at any given time.

1. Surgeons with less than 3 years after completing training or students can apply to APBA with their short CV.
2. Nursing, OT, and PT students can also apply.
3. A short report in the form of a diary must be submitted to the Secretary of APBA at the end of the Mentorship program.
4. Mentees can select a Mentor from the list displayed on this page, but the right to accept is with the Mentor.
5. Only one Mentor can be selected in a block period of two years of membership subscription.

APBA will provide a certificate after a satisfactory report from the Mentor
